  • 30 seconds jumping the rope as quickly as you can
  • 1 minute jumping quite slow while you recover
  • 30 seconds intense jumping resumed

4. Exercise regularly

If you want to improve your fitness levels, you must be regular and consistent with your exercise routines and habits. It is all good to have done an effective workout on one day. However, if you do not keep it up, you can lose all your progress. So, try and avoid leaving large gaps between the days that you work out. Instead, keep them regular such as working out every other day.
