Be Social

Loneliness can play a significant role in declining mental health. Make time to connect with your loved ones, especially if you live alone. While it’s easy to send messages and connect via social media, it’s more effective to spend time with others in person or, at the very least, talk on the phone.

Just sharing what’s on your mind or talking through your problems can help you feel calmer and less alone.
