It is dangerous world that we live in. Nearly everyone in their life will face sickness, disease or trauma multiples times in their life. While this is unfortunate it is a fact of life. It doesn’t mean that someone is broken or defective because they experience these things, on the contrary, it makes them human. Many people are weary of conventional medicine because it can cause addiction and almost always comes with a laundry list of side effects. There are natural and healthy options to get the same result. These results can sometimes be frowned upon by mainstream media because they aren’t always profitable, but that doesn’t mean that they are not effective.
It is important to note that while it is impossible to completely avoid any damage and harm in life. However, many people cause themselves harm without even knowing it, there are many little things you can do to not cause yourself detriment. I know you that you have probably heard this before but the biggest things you can do to keep yourself safe is a healthy diet, frequent exercise and meditation. These three things make an immense difference in your short and long-term well-being. Not just physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Frequent exercise has been shown to have the same effect on the mind as an anti-depressant. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, increase attention span, improve sleep, help manage pain, improve memory, and even help regulate blood pressure. Ideally you wouldn’t need to have much healing because you are keeping your body in its best shape.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and healing. The word Rei meaning “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. Reiki means “spiritually guided life force energy”. Reiki works by channeling positive energy into your body by a practitioner laying their hands on the affected area. Reiki has been shown to boost the body’s natural healing mechanisms. While it can sound a little hokey, people have had very good results with Reiki, and it is even taught in a lot of massage therapy schools.
Essential oils has been a long standing solution for many ailments for many years but has recently gotten public notoriety and become more popular. Essential oils have been used for both fixing sickness as well as emotional issues. Essential oils are organic material that have the medicinal oil compressed, refined and distilled down to an oil that only has the purest contents from the original plant. Since there is such a variety of plants and herbs, there is an expansive variety of uses and benefits that they can provide.
Trapped Emotion Healing
A revolutionary idea in the field of holistic healing was the idea of trapped emotions. A book was written called “The Emotion Code” by Bradley Nelson. He has also pioneered an original documentary called “Heal” on Netflix. He claims that all emotion has material and exist in our bodies. When we feel emotions that we don’t appropriate experience and release get trapped and lodge themselves in part of our body. If you had some very emotional experience as a child, you might have remnants of that emotion still trapped in your body and causing harm. The practice of releasing trapped emotions uses muscle testing to identify the emotion and sometimes magnets to alleviate energy flow in that area.
The moral of the story is that there are more options than just taking medication to get healing. Most prescriptions don’t actually fix any ailments within the body, it just masks the symptoms, so you feel better, but nothing has actually changed. There are many alternatives that actually fix the problem instead of telling your body to shut up.
