SOMERSET, NJ. June 11, 2021 MemoryOS, a new app that is a smart hybrid between e-learning and an immersive 3D game, has reached its crowdfunding goal on Kickstarter in just 11 minutes after launch and has raised over $350,000 on Kickstarter. MemoryOS is an Edtech, SaaS product that creates a structured storage space for the mind and teaches you how to perfectly remember key information such as names, historical events, or loved ones’ birthdays.

MemoryOS teaches memory techniques that have been proven to be effective in memorizing vast amounts of information such as multiple phone numbers, entire speeches, the complete periodic table, and more. Students can use it to significantly reduce exam stress, easily pass tests, increase grades, and reduce study time.

While it’s widely accepted that people become more forgetful as they age, it doesn’t have to be a part of the inevitable experience of getting older.

“As a society, we’re actually facing two problems here,” says CEO and Cofounder Alex Ruzhytskyi. “First, people find less and less opportunities to challenge and engage themselves mentally as they age. As the saying goes, ‘Use it or lose it’. Second, schools don’t actually teach kids how to systematically memorize vast amounts of information in the first place. Since we aren’t taught this in our core curriculums, expecting people to maintain or even improve their memory over time without any guidance is very unrealistic.”

Unlike “brain improvement” apps, games, or courses from self-proclaimed memory experts, memoryOS offers a joyful interactive experience thanks to which people can get control over what to remember. Users can now easily add large amounts of storage space to their brain’s memory at will.

The in-app lessons are run by two-time World Memory Champion Jonas von Essen. After discovering effective memory techniques at the local library, he trained his memory for just three months before deciding to enter a memory contest. Jonas went from having a mediocre memory to winning memory competitions both domestically and internationally. Last year, at an event hosted at Sweden’s National Museum of Science and Technology in Stockholm, the two-time World Memory champion recited 24,063 digits of pi in a row.

“Memorization has no age,” says Jonas, who now shares his techniques with his students and the world.

By pledging as little as $36 to memoryOS’ Kickstarter campaign, users can reserve their Annual or Lifetime membership at a significant discount and gain early access to the demo app to get started in our Champion Memory program. The campaign will be active until Saturday July 3rd, 2021.
